Three rules
non-negotiables.
We don’t sell if we can’t execute.
If, during the assessment, we identify that the client’s problem is better solved by a different provider, we say so. It’s happened five times in three years. We’re still here.
Metrics, or it didn’t happen.
Every engagement defines measurable KPIs before kickoff. If they can’t be measured, we can’t demonstrate value. And if we can’t demonstrate value, we don’t do it.
The client owns the system.
We don’t build black boxes. All code, models, and documentation remain in the client’s infrastructure. When we leave, they can operate without us — though we’d prefer they choose not to.
