Blog design, development, and maintenance with Sanity

Your content deserves a platform to grow on. We design, develop, and maintain blogs with Sanity for brands, ecommerce businesses, and sites with demanding editorial operations.

What you get

The result the client can interact with, not the stack underneath.

Turn your blog into a business asset: guides that support purchases, articles that answer questions, and knowledge your team can update without relying on development for every post. At ia¹, we design the reading and editing experiences, build the site, and integrate Sanity with your operations. The service can include maintenance and ongoing improvements within an agreed scope.

What exactly it is

Technical definition—for Google, ChatGPT, and your CTO.

Sanity is a headless content platform: it organizes articles, authors, categories, and other content in a structured database and delivers them through APIs. The site your audience sees is developed separately. This separation makes it possible to design a custom experience and reuse content across different channels without tying the entire operation to a single template. Final speed depends on the frontend, images, caching, and infrastructure—not on the CMS alone.

Includes

  • ✓Editorial architecture: articles, authors, categories, series, and related content.
  • ✓Responsive design for the homepage, articles, categories, and paths to products or contact.

  • ✓Frontend development and a strategy for rendering, caching, and image optimization.
  • ✓Technical SEO: metadata, canonicals, sitemap, internal links, and consistent structured data.
  • ✓Preparation for AI responses: readable content, authors, sources, and specific answers where appropriate.
  • ✓Integration with the existing site or ecommerce platform, subject to compatibility and scope.
  • ✓Optional maintenance: dependency reviews, monitoring, fixes, and editorial improvements.
How ia¹ implements it

Dx1 + More2 + Rt3 → sustainable advantage.

We start with your editorial strategy and current site. We define clear models, useful navigation, and paths to products or contact. Then we build the frontend and Studio, validate real publications with your team, and agree on how the platform will be operated. Each project has its own content environment and permissions. Commerce integrations connect editorial content to the catalog without duplicating orders or customers’ private data in the CMS.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re asked most often.

Who is a blog with Sanity right for?
For brands, ecommerce businesses, media outlets, and teams that need a custom experience, structured content, or an editorial operation built to grow. It makes sense when the design, integrations, or content reuse justify a standalone frontend. If you need a simple blog on a limited budget, we can assess whether a simpler solution better meets your goal.
Can you integrate the blog with my current ecommerce site?
We review the platform, URLs, frontend, and available APIs. We can propose editorial links to products, buying guides, and content related to categories. The specific integration is defined after assessing compatibility; a blog on Sanity does not replace your store’s catalog, inventory, or ordering system.
Will my team be able to publish without coding?
Yes. The goal is for you to be able to create and update the content types configured in Sanity Studio. We include fields and validations tailored to your editorial workflow, as well as training. Changing templates, adding new content types, or developing integrations may require technical work; we define that boundary from the start.
Do you include writing and maintenance?
Development, article production, and maintenance are separate scopes of work. We can prepare a proposal combining the services you need, with responsibilities, deliverables, and frequency. We do not assume that unlimited articles, ongoing support, or unlimited updates are included; commitments are agreed upon in the proposal.
Does Sanity guarantee more traffic or appearances in ChatGPT?
No. The platform makes it possible to structure and distribute content effectively, but visibility also depends on its quality, authority, accessibility, competition, and how each search engine or assistant works. We implement a measurable technical and editorial foundation; we do not promise rankings or guaranteed recommendations.
What do you need to provide a quote?
The current URL, content examples, approximate number of articles, languages, team members, and desired integrations. It also helps to know the blog’s goal and your target date. With that information, we can recommend a scope and separate the costs of development, platform, hosting, and maintenance.
