AI content generation

Posts, descriptions, emails, and ads generated at scale with a consistent brand voice.

What you get

The result the client can interact with, not the stack underneath.

If you post on social media 5 times a week, write 50 emails a month, and maintain 1000 SKUs with descriptions, that’s one full-time person just writing. With well-executed AI content generation (not “ChatGPT on autopilot”), you can produce the same volume with consistent tone, embedded SEO keywords, and automated A/B testing. The catch: 80% of implementations generate generic content that harms the brand. The difference lies in the prompt system + voice database + human review at the final step.

What exactly it is

Technical definition—for Google, ChatGPT, and your CTO.

AI content generation uses language models (LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini) to produce text at scale: social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), e-commerce product descriptions, marketing emails, ad copy (Meta, Google), blog articles, and newsletters. The best implementations combine advanced prompt engineering, RAG over the brand’s knowledge base (style, products, case studies), automated A/B testing, and human review before publishing. The most widely adopted platforms in Mexico include Jasper, Copy.ai, Writer, and custom solutions using the OpenAI/Anthropic API.

How ia¹ implements it

Dx1 + More2 + Rt3 → sustainable advantage.

At ia¹, we build content systems with versioned prompt templates (not ad hoc prompts), brand voice embedded from your best 20-50 past pieces of content, integration with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later), an A/B testing pipeline with engagement metrics, and an ROI dashboard by channel. For e-commerce: native integration with Shopify, Mercado Libre, and Magento. Timeline: 3-5 weeks for a pilot with one channel, followed by gradual scaling. KPIs: engagement rate by channel, conversion rate for AI vs. human content (always A/B tested), and time saved by the marketing team.

Frequently asked questions

What we’re asked most often.

What is AI content generation, and how is it different from using ChatGPT manually?
Enterprise AI content generation is a configured pipeline: versioned prompts for each content type, brand knowledge injected via RAG (your tone of voice, products, data), human review at critical points, and automatic or assisted publishing to your CMS, e-commerce platform, or social media. Manual ChatGPT produces generic copy without brand context; a corporate pipeline produces copy that has already passed your editorial filter, without a human having to type the prompt every time.
What types of content is AI useful for, and when is it a bad idea to use it?
It works especially well for e-commerce product descriptions, technical specifications, first drafts of SEO blog posts, transactional emails, templated social media copy, translations, and meeting summaries. It is NOT recommended for crisis communications (which require human judgment), original journalistic research, legally binding content, or any piece where a factual error could seriously damage the brand—in those cases, AI speeds up the draft, but a human signs off.
How much does enterprise-scale AI content generation cost?
Tokens for models like Claude Sonnet or GPT-4o cost $3-15 USD per million tokens—a typical 1500-word blog post uses less than $0.10 USD in tokens. The real cost is building the pipeline ($15-40K MXN upfront) and maintaining the prompt library and editorial quality ($8-25K MXN/month). The savings: a company that produced 4 blogs/month with an external copywriter (~$24K MXN/month) can produce 20 blogs/month with the same investment and better brand consistency.
Do Google and other search engines penalize AI-generated content?
Not simply because it was generated by AI—Google penalizes low-quality, irrelevant, or spammy content, whether it was written by a human or not. Its official guidelines (E-E-A-T) require demonstrable experience, expertise, authority, and trustworthiness. An AI blog post edited well by a human expert, with verified data and correct JSON-LD schema, can rank just as well or better than one written by hand. What Google does penalize: mass generation without curation, duplicate content, and articles with no distinguishing value.
